If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at ourprairiefarmhouse@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right quickly.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Final Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
